In our design process, we utilize both standard and advanced techniques and technologies to transform the initial idea into a sketch, the sketch into an architectural drawing, and the drawing into a 3D model. Our focus is on conceptual designs (conceptual projects) and main building projects (documentation for Building permit) , whether it’s new construction or reconstruction. Software tools
We provide comprehensive architectural design services using modern software tools that guarantee maximum precision throughout the design process. For the creation of technical documentation, we utilize state-of-the-art CAD software, which we then use as a basis for creating 3D models and architectural visualizations.
Ideas are transformed from initial discussions into sketches, and during the development of the conceptual solution, sketches evolve into architectural drawings (2D), which are then elaborated in detail to the level and content of the main project. Through regular consultations with our clients, we strive to promote 3D visualization of the project from the moment we have 2D CAD drawings. This is particularly important when clients are not accustomed to working with technical documentation (2D drawings), where a 3D model helps visualize the appearance of the building (project) before actual construction begins.
Using our 3D models, we create rendered images that provide a realistic representation of the building’s exterior, aiding in material and color definition. Upon request, we also produce animations, sun/shadow movement simulations, and lighting simulations to further enrich the experience and understanding of the project.
