Legal and quality construction brings many benefits, creating high-quality space, comfortable homes, and proper property management.
For a successful start to construction, we have prepared useful information that can help you, regardless of your previous experience in the construction industry.
The intended construction site:
- Parcel number and cadastral municipality (k.č. / k.o.)
- Extract from the cadastral plan – informal version is acceptable
- Extract from the land registry confirming ownership or construction rights on the land
- Option – Location Information or Confirmation of the Planned Land Use
Collaboration with the Architect:
- Photographs of the plot for a better understanding of the space
- Information to help define the project task
- Consideration of the house style, purpose, number of rooms, heating, cooling, and other specifics
Additional Considerations:
- If there is an existing old building, documentation proving its legitimacy
- Consideration of the budget and financial constraints
After gathering this information, you will have a solid foundation for the first meeting with the Architect. With an understanding of your needs and desires, we can provide you with an accurate offer and start the project according to your specific requirements. It is important to keep in mind that your steps towards a new space will be properly guided, from the initial idea to the realization of your dreams.
