Before starting construction work, you should submit a construction start report, secure the construction site and properly mark it.
You must report the start of construction in writing or electronically via the ePermit system to the competent office for construction and spatial planning no later than eight days before the start of construction. You will find a list of competent offices on the website of the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and State Property.
In the application for the start of construction, it is necessary to state:
- the class, order number and date of issuance of the Building permit,
- the Contractor and
- the Supervising engineer,
and with the application attach proof that a building plot has been formed in the cadastre, if a building is being built for which the building plot is determined.
The competent office for construction and spatial planning will inform the Ministry of the Interior, the construction inspection and the labor inspection.
